ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring a new treatment using umbilical cord blood to help adults with certain neurological diseases, like strokes or spinal cord injuries. The study aims to find out how safe and effective this treatment is for patients who have experienced these conditions within the last two years. The trial is open to men and women aged 65 to 74, but not everyone will qualify. For example, individuals with certain serious health issues, like high pressure in the brain, cancer, or severe kidney or lung problems, won't be eligible to participate.

If you or a loved one meets the criteria, you may have the opportunity to receive this innovative therapy. Participants will contribute to important research that could help others in the future. However, it's important to note that the trial is not currently recruiting participants, so it might take some time before enrollment begins.
