ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new technology called micro-Doppler radar, which may help doctors tell if someone has had surgery to repair an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the knee. The researchers want to see if this technology can accurately differentiate between people who have had ACL reconstruction and those who have not. To do this, they will compare movement data from two groups: one group of individuals who have undergone ACL surgery and another group who have never had any lower limb surgeries.
To participate in this study, you must be between 18 and 40 years old and fit into either of two groups. The first group includes people who have had ACL surgery between 9 and 24 months ago and currently have no other musculoskeletal injuries. The second group is made up of individuals who have never had surgery on their lower legs. Participants can expect to provide movement data while performing certain activities, which will help researchers assess the effectiveness of the radar technology. It's important to note that there are specific criteria that may exclude individuals from participating, such as age restrictions and certain health conditions.
