ClinConnect Summary
The TRUST study is a research project aimed at understanding the long-term outcomes and factors that may predict whether heart rhythm problems (called arrhythmias) will come back after treatment. This study is taking place at the University Heart Center Hamburg and includes patients who have been treated for various types of arrhythmias or are at high risk for them. By collecting detailed information about patients and their treatments, researchers hope to gain important insights that could improve future care for people with these conditions.
To participate in the study, you must be at least 18 years old and have a diagnosed heart arrhythmia or be at high risk for one. You will need to provide written consent and be able to understand the study information, as the documents are in German. If you join the study, you can expect to share your experiences and have your health monitored over time, which may help doctors better understand and treat arrhythmias in the future.
