ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the Quantitative Pulmonary Imaging Registry & Biorepository, is focused on improving how we use advanced imaging techniques, like MRI and CT scans, to better understand and treat lung diseases. Researchers are collecting images and biological samples from people who are already involved in related studies at the University of Kansas Medical Center. By doing this, they hope to discover how these imaging methods can help doctors diagnose and manage pulmonary conditions more effectively in the future.
To participate, you need to be between 65 and 74 years old and currently enrolled in a research study that includes Pulmonary MRI or CT scans. If you choose to join, you'll be contributing to important research that could lead to new ways of using imaging to help patients with lung diseases. It's important to know that the only way to be excluded from the study is if you decide not to participate. This is a great opportunity to be part of a project that aims to advance lung health research!
