ClinConnect Summary
The clinical trial titled "Monitoring of Attention According to Fatigue in Healthy Subjects" is looking to create a simple tool to measure fatigue and alertness, especially for people who are sleep-deprived. This is particularly relevant for medical residents working long shifts in hospitals, where staying alert is crucial for patient care. The study aims to help understand how fatigue affects attention and could lead to better monitoring and support for healthcare workers.
To participate in this trial, volunteers should be healthy male or female medical residents aged between 24 and 34 years who work in emergency or intensive care settings. They should not have a history of epilepsy or be taking medications that could interfere with brain wave measurements. If you join the study, you can expect to undergo assessments that monitor your fatigue and alertness levels while contributing to important research that could help improve working conditions for medical staff.
