ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on improving the care that women with urinary incontinence (UI) receive from their primary care doctors. The researchers want to find out if a special program can help doctors provide better treatment, reduce the need for visits to specialists, and improve women’s overall health and quality of life related to urinary incontinence. They will compare two groups of doctors: one that gets extra training and support on how to treat urinary incontinence, and another that continues with regular care before eventually receiving the same training later on.
To participate in this trial, women need to be over 18 years old, speak English or Spanish, and have urinary incontinence confirmed by a screening tool. Participants will discuss their condition with their primary care provider and fill out three surveys about their experiences. This study aims to help ensure that all women, regardless of their background, receive the best possible care for urinary incontinence.
