ClinConnect Summary

The clinical trial titled "Strengths to Grow: An Online Parenting Resource" is exploring how a new online parenting program can help improve happiness and well-being for families. Researchers believe that programs focusing on parents' strengths can make family life better, but many parents can't attend in-person workshops due to various reasons. This trial aims to create an engaging online program that is easy for families to access. Parents of children in Kindergarten to Grade 3 from the Upper Grand District School Board in Guelph, Ontario, are invited to share their thoughts about the program and participate in a survey to see if it helps improve their overall well-being.

To participate, parents need to be able to read and write in English at a Grade 8 level or higher and must agree to join the study. If chosen, participants will complete a short survey about their well-being before starting the online program and again a few weeks after finishing it. This will help researchers understand how effective the program is in promoting positive feelings and self-confidence among parents. Your involvement could help shape a resource that benefits many families!
