ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new digital rehabilitation program called STABL, which helps patients recover at home after knee surgery. Specifically, it compares the effectiveness of STABL to traditional in-person physical therapy for patients who have undergone meniscectomy or synovectomy surgery, which are procedures to repair or remove parts of the knee. STABL uses advanced technology to monitor patients remotely, allowing their surgeon to keep track of their progress without needing them to come into the office.
To participate in this trial, you need to be between 18 and 65 years old and have had one of the knee surgeries mentioned. You also need to be able to follow a post-surgery recovery plan and give your consent to join the study. Unfortunately, if you've had previous knee surgery or have certain health concerns that might put you at risk of falling, you won't be eligible. If you join, you can expect to use the STABL platform from the comfort of your home, with support from your healthcare team throughout your recovery process.
