ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a treatment called Endoscopic Vacuum Therapy (EVT) for patients who have certain issues in the upper part of the digestive system, such as leaks after surgery or tears in the esophagus. The main goals of the study are to find out how well EVT works for these problems, when it is the best option to use, and the best ways to perform the treatment. Researchers want to gather information from patients who have had EVT to understand its success rates and techniques better.
To participate in this study, individuals need to be at least 18 years old and have received EVT treatment for a leak after esophago-gastric surgery. They must also provide consent to be part of the study. Participants will help researchers by allowing them to collect data from their medical records and experiences with EVT. This study is currently looking for new participants, and everyone, regardless of gender, can join as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.
