ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new computer application that uses mapping and geographic information to help hospitals better understand and prevent infections that patients can get while being treated in the hospital, known as Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs). The goal is to help infection prevention teams quickly identify areas where infections are more likely to occur and respond effectively. By using these tools, we hope to improve how hospitals manage and reduce the risk of infections, ultimately keeping patients safer.
To participate in this study, you need to be an infection preventionist or a physician who works at a participating health system. Unfortunately, if you are not in one of these roles or do not work at the hospital involved in the study, you would not be eligible to join. If you are part of the team, you can expect to be involved in testing and evaluating how this new application can enhance your work in preventing infections. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and your involvement could help improve infection prevention strategies in hospitals.
