ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new way to provide mental health care within regular primary healthcare settings in Sweden. It's called "Primary Care Behavioral Health" (PCBH). The goal is to see if this approach can help patients who are dealing with mental health issues, like anxiety or depression, by integrating behavioral health services directly into their primary care visits.
To participate in the study, patients should be adults who are seeking help for mental health problems or have been diagnosed with certain mental health conditions. This includes those who take specific medications for mental health or have appointments with a behavioral health consultant. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and anyone interested should be aware that they need to provide informed consent to join. This study aims to improve how mental health care is delivered alongside regular health care, making it easier for patients to get the help they need.
