Eligibility criteria

  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • • male gender
  • • under complete medical supervision
  • • left ventricular end diastolic dimension \>5.5cm
  • • ejection fraction \<50%.
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • • Orthopedic problems
  • • Mental disorders
  • • Metabolic disorders (D.M)
  • • Current treatment for cancer or active infection.
