ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how university students at the University of A Coruña feel about people with mental health disorders. The goal is to see if a special program that teaches about mental health can change any negative attitudes these students might have. By understanding these attitudes, the study aims to help reduce stigma, which can make it harder for people with mental health issues to recover and participate fully in society.
To take part in the study, participants need to fit certain criteria. For instance, students who have graduated from the Occupational Therapy program at the University of A Coruña can join, as well as current students in that program. Additionally, individuals with a mental health disorder who are receiving support from local rehabilitation centers are also eligible. Participants can expect to engage in discussions and activities that promote understanding and acceptance of mental health issues. By taking part, they can contribute to an important effort to improve mental health education and support in their community.
