ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a special exercise program can help young musicians manage performance anxiety and related physical symptoms, like musculoskeletal pain. The goal is to see if these exercises can make it easier for students at the University of Music to feel more comfortable and confident when performing.
To participate, you need to be between 18 and 35 years old and have been playing a musical instrument for at least five years. You will need to attend at least eight exercise sessions over six weeks and give your consent to join the study. However, if you have any recent injuries, certain medical conditions, or take specific medications that could affect your ability to exercise, you may not be eligible. If you decide to join, you can expect to engage in exercises designed to help reduce anxiety and improve your performance skills.
