ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a new mobile app designed to help survivors of childhood cancer, and their caregivers, manage their long-term health care. The app aims to make it easier for users to access important information about their treatment history, follow-up care recommendations, and potential health risks after surviving childhood cancer. By sending notifications and reminders, the app helps users stay informed and connected to their health care needs, which may improve their ability to follow through with necessary appointments and check-ups.

To participate in this study, individuals must be survivors of childhood cancer or caregivers of such survivors who are attending the Survivorship Clinic at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Eligible participants should have a smartphone or tablet with a service plan and be able to read and understand English. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and those who join can expect to explore how the app can support their ongoing health care journey while contributing to the understanding of its effectiveness for childhood cancer survivors.
