  • one or more uterine fibroids
  • diameter between 1,5 and 12 cm
  • fibroid easily recognizable on ultrasound
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • younger than 18 years
  • pregnancy
  • uterine or cervical malignancy
  • adenomyosis.
