ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how certain connections in the brain change after a stroke and how these changes relate to a person's ability to move. The researchers are using special brain imaging techniques called MRI to look at these connections in people who have had a stroke that affects one side of the brain and have difficulty with movement. The goal is to better understand how these brain patterns can influence motor function, which is important for recovery.
To be part of this study, participants should be between 30 and 75 years old, right-handed before their stroke, and at least three months past their first stroke. They should have stable health and be able to understand and sign the consent form. However, those with serious health issues, other brain diseases, or difficulties with communication may not be eligible. If you join the study, you'll have an MRI scan to help researchers learn more about how to improve movement after a stroke.
