ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how different doses of difluprednate eye drops can help reduce inflammation in the eye after cataract surgery, specifically phacoemulsification, while also keeping eye pressure at a safe level. Researchers want to find out the smallest effective dose that can be safely used within the first 24 hours after surgery. The goal is to improve recovery without causing any unwanted side effects.
To participate in this study, you should be between 40 and 80 years old and have a specific type of cataract. It’s important that you haven’t had any previous eye conditions like uveitis or complications during your surgery. If you join the trial, you'll receive eye drops and be monitored to see how well they work for you. This study is currently looking for participants, and it aims to help improve care for patients undergoing cataract surgery in the future.
