ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how well a specific type of exercise, called deep cervical training, works when combined with techniques that help move the neck and upper back, known as mobilization techniques. The focus is on people who have a condition called forward head posture, which can cause neck pain and affect how well the neck functions. Researchers want to see if adding these mobilization techniques makes a difference in reducing pain, improving neck function, and changing the angle of the head and neck.
To participate in this trial, individuals need to be between 18 and 25 years old, have a forward head posture connected to neck pain, and have a specific measurement of neck angle. However, some individuals may not qualify if they have had certain surgeries, injuries, or conditions affecting their spine or neck. Those who join the trial can expect to engage in exercises and possibly receive mobilization treatment while being monitored for their progress. This study is currently looking for participants, and it aims to find better ways to help manage neck pain related to forward head posture.
