ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on improving the way we understand and diagnose various heart conditions, such as heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases. Researchers are using advanced imaging techniques, specifically Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), which is safe because it doesn't use harmful radiation. The goal is to better identify early signs of heart issues by examining the heart's tissue properties and comparing these findings with traditional blood tests. This study aims to develop a clearer picture of how these heart conditions affect patients and how we can detect them earlier.
To participate in this trial, individuals must be at least 18 years old and either have a diagnosed cardiovascular disease or be a healthy volunteer. Participants will undergo MRI scans to help researchers gather information about their heart health. It's important to note that the study cannot include individuals who might not be able to give informed consent, such as those with severe cognitive impairments or certain medical conditions that make MRI unsafe. This research could lead to better diagnosis and treatment options for heart disease in the future.
