Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • aggressive periodontitis (stage III, grade C periodontitis)
- • nonsmokers
- • at least 20 teeth in oral cavity
- • systemically healthy
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • any previous periodontal treatment
- • smoking
- • pregnancy
- • ingestion of systemic antibiotics within three months before therapy
