• Inclusion Criteria:

• • Having no vision and hearing problems,
• • Diagnosed and not having a chronic disease that would prevent participation in the study,
• • Not having a diagnosed mental health problem,
• • Does not have a disease that prevents physical exercise,
• Exclusion Criteria:
