ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new web-based mobile health application called the ReLiver-N App, designed specifically for patients with liver cirrhosis. The goal of the study is to see if using this app can help patients better manage their condition at home by improving their knowledge, confidence, and overall quality of life. The app includes important information about liver cirrhosis, tips for daily activities, and tools for measuring health indicators like weight and swelling. Participants will either use the full ReLiver-N App or a limited version for three months, allowing researchers to compare the effects of both groups.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be at least 18 years old, diagnosed with liver cirrhosis (specifically Child-Pugh A or B categories), and have access to the internet and a smartphone. Those with more severe liver disease (Child-Pugh C), certain cancers, or significant cognitive issues are not eligible. If you join the study, you'll receive guidance through the app to help you manage your health following hospital discharge, and your experiences will contribute to improving care for other patients with liver conditions.
