ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how teaching digital skills can help postmenopausal women improve their health knowledge and overall quality of life. During menopause, many women experience various symptoms that can affect their daily lives. This study aims to provide education on how to effectively use digital tools and resources, like social media and websites, to find reliable health information. By improving their digital literacy, the hope is that women will feel more empowered to manage their symptoms and enhance their wellbeing.
To participate in this trial, women must be between 45 and 65 years old, currently in the postmenopausal stage, and use a smartphone, tablet, or computer. They should also have a basic level of digital skills. Participants will receive training to help them become more skilled at finding and evaluating health information online. This could lead to better health literacy, meaning they understand their health needs better, and potentially improve their quality of life. The study is currently recruiting participants, and it is important to note that women with certain health conditions, such as psychiatric disorders or cancer, are not eligible to join.
