ClinConnect Summary
The clinical trial titled "Well-being at Work: Research Into Happiness at Work" is exploring how to improve employee well-being in various organizations. The study aims to understand how different factors like psychological support, workplace design, and healthy lifestyle choices can work together to make employees happier and more productive. To do this, researchers will gather information from employees at multiple points, including before the program starts and again six and twelve months later. The intervention will take place over three days within a two-week period and will involve around 20 to 30 companies in Belgium, with at least 2,000 employees participating.
To join the trial, participants should be between the ages of 18 and 65 and have a good understanding of Dutch, French, or English. Throughout the trial, participants will complete online questionnaires to help assess the program's impact on their well-being. This study is crucial because it aims to fill the gap in research about how different aspects of well-being can be addressed together to benefit both employees and organizations.
