ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is designed to improve how teachers manage their classrooms by providing them with special training. The main goal is to see if teachers can use specific classroom management techniques more effectively when they receive this targeted support. All teachers in the study will participate in the training, which includes submitting videos of their teaching and completing online lessons about classroom management. They will focus on one particular management technique and track how well they are using it over 12-15 weeks. The researchers will compare how much teachers improve in using this technique against teachers who are not specifically focusing on it.
Teachers who are currently enrolled in an education course or are working in a PK-12 classroom may be eligible to participate. One important requirement is that they need to be able to submit videos of their teaching for the study. Participants can expect to engage with online materials, reflect on their teaching through videos, and possibly work together with a peer for additional support. This trial is a great opportunity for teachers to enhance their skills and positively impact their classroom environment.
