ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new tool to assess memory in older adults, particularly those who may have memory disorders or neurocognitive conditions like Alzheimer’s disease. Researchers want to understand how well this tool works in identifying people with these conditions compared to those who don’t have memory issues. Participants will undergo a neuropsychological assessment to help determine if they have a neurodegenerative disease.
To be eligible for the study, participants should be at least 70 years old, able to move independently, and willing to take part. There are two groups in the study: one group includes people diagnosed with major memory disorders, and the other includes those with normal memory function. Participants in the trial can expect a friendly environment where their memory will be evaluated using this new tool. It’s important to note that individuals with certain legal restrictions or severe mental or visual impairments, among other conditions, cannot participate.
