ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on using augmented reality technology to improve gender empowerment among long-term care workers. The researchers aim to create and test a new educational program that helps these workers learn more about gender equality and develop their skills in caring for elderly individuals. Over two years, the study will first assess what training needs long-term care workers have and then introduce the augmented reality program to see if it positively impacts their knowledge, attitudes, and confidence regarding gender equality.
To be eligible for this study, participants must have worked in a home care setting for at least one year, have good vision and hearing, and be comfortable using digital devices like smartphones or tablets. Importantly, this study is open to all genders and is designed to help workers feel more empowered in their roles. If you decide to participate, you can expect to gain valuable knowledge and skills that can enhance your work and support gender equality in the care you provide.
