ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a mobile app called Horizons, designed to help improve the lives of patients dealing with chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after receiving a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if using this app can make a difference in how patients feel, both physically and emotionally, by helping them manage their symptoms and cope better with their condition.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult (18 years or older) who has had a stem cell transplant and is experiencing moderate to severe chronic GVHD, as confirmed by your healthcare provider. It’s important that you can read and speak English since the app is only available in that language. However, if you have serious mental health issues that could affect your ability to understand the study or follow its requirements, you may not be eligible. If you join, you can expect support through the app while contributing to important research that could help improve care for others in the future.
