ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called TATOU - IRM, is investigating how safe MRI scans are for people with tattoos. Some individuals have reported feeling tingling or a burning sensation at their tattoo sites during an MRI, and in rare cases, there have been reports of severe burns. The study aims to find out how often these complications happen when patients with tattoos undergo MRI examinations.
To participate in this trial, you need to be an adult who has at least one tattoo and can understand and respond to a questionnaire about your experience. Unfortunately, minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals who cannot understand the study due to language or cognitive issues cannot participate. If you join the study, you will help researchers learn more about the risks associated with tattoos during MRI scans, which can ultimately help improve patient safety.
