ClinConnect Summary

The DINOSAur trial is exploring new treatment options for patients with advanced solid tumors (stage III and IV cancer). The goal of this study is to identify specific markers in cancer cells that can help doctors choose the best treatments for each individual patient. By using a special test that looks at the genes and proteins in the tumors, the trial aims to match patients with therapies that are most likely to work for them.

To participate in this study, patients need to be at least 18 years old, have a diagnosis of stage III or IV solid tumors, and have not yet started any treatment for their cancer. They should be able to provide consent and are encouraged to share their medical records with the research team. Participants can expect to undergo some additional tests as part of their usual cancer care, and their progress will be closely monitored. This trial is currently recruiting patients, and it provides a unique opportunity to explore personalized cancer treatment approaches in a community setting.
