This clinical trial is focused on improving care for people with diabetes, specifically in preventing foot complications like ulcers. To be eligible for this trial, participants must be adults with diabetes who are receiving treatment in the Västra Götaland region and can understand Swedish. Healthcare professionals who work with diabetic patients and also understand Swedish can participate. Those who join can expect to share their thoughts and experiences about foot examinations and the use of digital tools in their care, helping to shape future practices in diabetes management.
