ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on improving care for people with diabetes, specifically in preventing foot complications like ulcers. Researchers are exploring new ways to assess foot health using digital tools, known as eHealth solutions. The study aims to find out how useful and reliable these tools are for checking foot risk levels, how both patients and healthcare professionals feel about them, and how these tools can be best designed and used in everyday healthcare settings. Participants will fill out questionnaires, take part in interviews, and test out the eHealth tools to provide feedback on their experiences.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be adults with diabetes who are receiving treatment in the Västra Götaland region and can understand Swedish. Healthcare professionals who work with diabetic patients and also understand Swedish can participate. Those who join can expect to share their thoughts and experiences about foot examinations and the use of digital tools in their care, helping to shape future practices in diabetes management.
