ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the "Walk With Ease Program for Fall Prevention," is looking for ways to help older adults reduce their risk of falling. The study will compare two types of exercise programs: one where exercises are tailored to each person's needs and another with standard exercises. By doing this, researchers hope to find out which approach is better at keeping seniors safe from falls. They will also explore how to encourage participants to stick with their exercise routines.
To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be 65 years or older, able to stand for at least 10 minutes without pain, and have permission from their doctor. The study is currently recruiting participants, and it is open to everyone regardless of gender. Those who already do regular physical activity or who aren’t at risk for falls aren’t eligible to join. Participants can expect to engage in a supportive exercise program designed to improve their strength and balance, which may help them feel more confident and safe in their daily lives.
