ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how often serious brain-related problems, like strokes, happen in patients who have a procedure called catheter ablation to treat heart rhythm issues, known as arrhythmias. The researchers want to understand the details of these events and how they affect patients shortly after the procedure. The main goal is to improve the care and quality of life for patients who undergo this treatment by reducing the risk of these complications.
To participate in this study, patients need to be between 18 and 80 years old and scheduled to have catheter ablation for arrhythmias. However, if someone has had a stroke or similar brain issue before the procedure, they cannot join. The trial is currently not recruiting participants, but it aims to gather important information that could help doctors manage the health of patients who have this heart treatment in the future.
