This clinical trial, called "Sleep Health Care in Pregnancy," is focused on improving sleep for women during pregnancy. Many pregnant women experience sleep issues, and this study aims to create and test a program called the Sleep Training and Education Program (STEP) to help them sleep better and enhance their overall health.

  • Singleton pregnancies
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • Women have pregnancy-related complications
  • Women have diagnosed a psychiatric or sleep disorder
