ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new method called Shuotong ureteroscopy, which is a surgical treatment for patients who have stones in their upper urinary tract. The goal of the study is to see how well this technique works in removing stones from the body by using a special tool that can break up and remove the stones at the same time. This could help patients get rid of their stones more effectively and improve their recovery.
To be part of this trial, participants need to be diagnosed with a ureteral stone (a type of kidney stone that gets stuck in the tube connecting the kidney to the bladder) and should be able to cooperate with the treatment process. However, individuals with severe urinary tract infections or other serious health issues may not be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect to receive the Shuotong ureteroscopy treatment and be monitored closely for its effectiveness in removing your stones.
