ClinConnect Summary
The Radiology Registry on Pancreatic Malignancies is a research study designed to gather information about pancreatic cancer and related conditions. The goal is to collect medical imaging data, like CT scans and MRIs, along with clinical information to help doctors better understand how to identify and predict the behavior of pancreatic diseases. This study will collect data from patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer or those under investigation for it, starting with information from 2014 and continuing until 2027. Each participant will be followed for up to three years to track their progress.
To be part of this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and either have pancreatic cancer or be suspected of having it. You should also be willing to sign a consent form that allows researchers to use your medical information. However, people with non-cancerous pancreatic diseases will not be included. If you join, you can expect to provide your medical history and undergo imaging tests, which will help researchers learn more about pancreatic cancer and improve future treatments.
