ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at families where at least two members have been diagnosed with certain blood disorders, specifically B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders (LPD). The goal is to understand how common these disorders are in families, how a family’s medical history and genetics might influence the risk of developing LPD, and to examine different health outcomes in a diverse group of people, including Jews and Arabs in Israel.
To participate in the trial, individuals must have a diagnosis of LPD and a family history of the same condition. Family members, whether they have LPD or not, can also join the study if they are related by blood to someone with the disorder or are part of the control group. Participants will be asked to sign a consent form, agreeing to share their medical information. It's important to note that pregnant women and individuals who might not be able to make informed decisions will not be included in this study. This research aims to provide valuable insights that could help in understanding these conditions better and improving care for affected families.
