ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new way to help young people, aged 15 to 20, remember to take their medications. The study is testing a mobile health program that adapts to each person's needs, providing personalized support for sticking to their medication schedule. Researchers want to find out if this tailored approach is more effective than just sending automatic text reminders. By participating, you’ll help determine the best way to support adolescents and young adults with chronic health conditions in managing their medications.
To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be patients at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, take at least one oral medication daily, be fluent in English, and have a cell phone. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and there are no specific exclusions based on health or other factors. If you decide to join, you can expect to receive support that is designed just for you, which may help you stay on track with your medications more effectively. Your participation could play a crucial role in improving medication adherence for others in the future!
