ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying new tools that can help doctors and physical activity professionals better understand how much exercise is right for older adults. The goal is to make sure that exercise programs are tailored to each person's needs, which could improve their health and reduce the risk of injuries. The researchers hope that by calculating the right intensity of physical activity for each participant, they can make exercise safer and more effective for older individuals.

To be eligible for this study, participants must be 65 years or older and able to provide consent. It's important that they are not under any protective legal measures and do not have serious mobility issues due to neurological conditions. Those who join the study can expect to participate in assessments that will help refine how exercise loads are determined for older adults, contributing to improved health outcomes in the future. The trial is currently recruiting participants of all genders.
