This clinical trial is studying the effects of two natural compounds, diosmin and hesperidin, on patients with rheumatoid arthritis. These compounds are known as flavonoids and are being tested to see if they can help improve symptoms in people with mild to moderate disease activity. The trial is currently recruiting participants who are at least 18 years old and have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
To participate, individuals must not be pregnant or breastfeeding and should not have serious liver or kidney problems, nor other inflammatory diseases. Participants will receive the flavonoid treatment alongside their usual care and will be monitored throughout the study. This trial aims to find out if adding diosmin and hesperidin can make a positive difference in managing rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Patients with mild to moderate disease activity.
- • Patient age must be more than 18 years.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Pregnant and lactating females.
- • Patients with liver, renal impairment or any other inflammatory diseases.
- • Patients on TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor- α) or IL-1β (interleukin-1β) antagonists.
