ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is examining the relationship between certain genetic conditions known as RASopathies and the development of solid tumors, which are abnormal growths that can occur in various parts of the body. RASopathies, including Costello Syndrome, Cardio-Facio-Cutaneous Syndrome, and Noonan Syndrome, are caused by changes in specific genes that affect how cells grow and develop. People with these conditions often experience growth delays and other health challenges, and the study aims to better understand how these syndromes may lead to an increased risk of cancer.

To participate in this trial, individuals must have a confirmed diagnosis of a RASopathy that has been verified through genetic testing. Unfortunately, those who have only a clinical diagnosis without molecular testing will not be eligible. If you or a loved one qualifies, you can expect to contribute to important research that could help improve cancer screening and care for others with similar genetic conditions. The trial is currently recruiting participants of all ages and genders, making it an inclusive opportunity for those affected by RASopathies.
