ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how effective an online program can be in helping young people aged 16 to 24 with mental health conditions improve their work-related social skills. The program, called iCareer, combines job training with techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy to support these individuals as they transition into adulthood and seek employment. The goal is to help them achieve better job outcomes and enhance the services available to them.

To join the study, participants need to be between 16 and 24 years old, speak English fluently, and have been receiving special education services for a mental health condition in the past two years. They should also be interested in improving their social skills for work. However, those with certain serious conditions, recent hospitalizations, or substance dependence are not eligible. Participants will learn valuable skills through the online program while also contributing to important research that could help others in similar situations.
