ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "Reducing Alcohol Exposed Pregnancies," is trying to find out if a special program can help pregnant women reduce their alcohol use. The researchers want to see if this program can lead to more women having negative tests for alcohol in their system during pregnancy and if it can help improve the health of their babies at birth. The program includes a computer-based tool that women can use at their own pace to learn about the effects of alcohol and how to cut back, along with support from a nurse who can answer questions and provide encouragement.
To participate in this study, women need to be at least 18 years old, be pregnant and less than 28 weeks along, and have recently consumed alcohol. If you're interested in joining, you would receive information and support designed to help you reduce your alcohol intake during pregnancy. It's important to know that this study is currently looking for participants, and it aims to provide valuable insights into improving both women's health and the health of their babies.
