ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a Falls Prevention Program designed to help adults who are at risk of falling. The main goal is to see how this program can improve the ability to move safely and confidently. Participants will take part in various activities, including assessments to understand their mobility, obstacle course training to practice navigating around objects, strategies to prevent falls, and exercises to improve walking and balance.

To be eligible for this trial, individuals should be between 18 and 100 years old and considered at risk for falls. This could include anyone who has fallen in the past five years or has difficulty getting up from a chair within 45 seconds. Participants need to be able to attend two sessions each week for five weeks. It’s important to note that those who can't move independently or have certain medical conditions may not be able to join. Overall, this program aims to build strength and confidence to help reduce the risk of falls and related injuries.
