ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "Visual Mode Switching in Color Perception," is studying how people see colors when wearing special colored lenses that change the tint of their surroundings. The goal is to understand how our brains adapt to these changes in color perception. Participants will learn to adjust to the tinted lenses, and researchers will measure how their vision and brain processing change during this experience. The trial is open to adults aged 18 to 74 who have normal or corrected vision and have little to no experience in environments with tinted lighting.
To participate, individuals must not have any known visual disorders and should have normal color vision. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but if someone is eligible, they can expect to wear colored lenses and participate in activities designed to measure their visual perception. This study could provide valuable insights into how our brain adapts to changes in color, which may have broader implications for understanding visual perception in different environments.
