ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new game on a tablet designed to assess the development of young children aged 3 to 8 years old. The goal is to see if this fun, interactive game can accurately measure how well children are doing in areas like attention, memory, language, and social skills. Researchers want to find out if this game can help identify children who may have neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or learning difficulties.
To participate, children must be between 3 and 8 years old and either developing typically or diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental disorder. Parents or caregivers will complete a questionnaire to provide more information about the child's development. Each child will play the tablet game, and some may play it again after two weeks to ensure the results are consistent. This study aims to recruit 590 children, and it’s important that all participants can understand and communicate in English. If you’re considering this opportunity for your child, know that it’s a chance to help researchers learn more about how to support children’s development in engaging ways.
