ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new treatment program designed to help people dealing with anxiety, depression, or stress in just one session. The researchers want to find out if this program can reduce symptoms of these conditions and whether it can also help with factors that may contribute to them. They are looking at how effective the treatment is right after the session and also if its benefits last for six months. The trial will include patients who are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms but are not currently receiving ongoing therapy or taking new medications that could affect their mood.
To participate, you should be between 65 and 74 years old and meet the criteria for anxiety, mood disorders, or stress. However, if you are actively in therapy, have recently started new medications, or have more severe psychological issues, you may not be eligible. Participants can expect to learn helpful skills during the session that they can use in their daily lives. This study is currently recruiting, and it aims to provide valuable insights into how effective this single-session treatment can be for individuals facing these common mental health challenges.
