ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying kinesiophobia, which is a fear of movement that can affect athletes, particularly volleyball players. The researchers want to understand how this fear can lead to anxiety and avoidance of physical activity, potentially resulting in weaker muscles and poorer overall physical health. They are specifically looking at male volleyball players aged 18 to 30 who participate in amateur clubs.
If you are a male volleyball player in that age range and have not had any surgeries in the last six months, you might be eligible to participate. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and if you join, you can expect to take part in discussions and assessments related to your movement and feelings about exercise. This research could help improve understanding of how fear impacts athletes and contribute to better treatment strategies in the future.
