ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how sexual health counseling can improve the quality of life for women after they give birth. The researchers want to see if providing support and information about sexual health during the postpartum period can help new moms feel better about their sexual well-being. This study will focus on women who have had a vaginal birth, are living with their partner, and have started sexual intercourse after giving birth.
To be eligible for the trial, participants must be at least 18 years old, able to speak and understand Turkish, and not have any serious chronic health conditions like diabetes or heart disease. It's important to note that women who score 12 or higher on a depression screening test will not be included in the study. If you join the trial, you can expect to receive counseling that is designed to help you navigate your sexual health after giving birth, which could lead to improvements in your overall well-being. The trial is currently not recruiting participants, so keep an eye out for updates if you are interested.
